Many different structures can be used in the single wet wipe packaging in line with the expectations and needs of the customers. The structure of the product is determined by many factors. The features of the solution to be used in the wet wipes to be put into it, as well as the features expected from the print quality that will convey the brand and message of the customer on the package are important to select the structure. We recommend the use of high-strength films and aluminum structures, especially for aggressive solutions. For cost-effective structures, we recommend the products in which metallized and polyethylene film structures are laminated.
For those products, the use of glossy and smooth papers, such as C1S paper, will increase the print quality. However, optimum print quality can be achieved by using papers with different properties such as kraft and sulfite in accordance with customer expectations and needs.
